“Crafts have always been a big part of my life. I love scrapbooking and sending snail mail to my friends. I also collect vintage Valentine’s cards and block-printed fabric,” says the Pakistani American artist, who derives creative satisfaction by honouring her blended heritage. “I like mixing desi influences with the West and combining traditional collages with more technical skills like animation and Photoshop.” Lean in closer and you’ll see this multiplicity smeared all over the 25-year-old’s kaleidoscopic universe. - Creative director Ramisha Sattar is your favourite artist—Chappell Roan’s—favourite artist - via Vogue India

Collage has a short and distinguished history and was firmly established as an art form of novelty in the 1920s and 1930s. Today, the popularity of collage is on the rise again and a new generation of young artists such as Dina Gadia is rediscovering the practice by combining different materials charmingly by hand to isolate and expose choice images and to obtain new effects. - DINA GADIA’S ASSEMBLING COLLAGE OF CONTEMPORARY ART - via Artes de las Filipinas
- Gaillac. Our 2025 Workbook is out and available for sale on our website. Our weekly creative challenge remains free and open to everyone and everything, digital or analog artists, French or not. The workbook is an optional add-on for those who prefer to work with paper and don’t want to print our images themselves. Like every year, the book is designed so that you can either take it apart or create your collages in the book itself. Week numbers and image sources are on the back of each image, so even if your books falls apart at one point, you will always know what’s what!
And last but not least, have a look at our second Instagram account Paris Collage Collective Unlimited where we showcase collages that have absolutely nothing to do with our weekly creative challenge.
